Q1: Should we wish to view an item, do we need to make an appointment?
A1: Yes, viewing is by appointment only, sometimes we need to go out and see clients, so making an appointment is advisable.
Q2: can we return an item?
A2: Du Bois Antiques has a "no returns or exchanges" policy
Q3: What if we shipped your item to you and it was damaged?
A3: We inspect and pack our pieces carefully to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition. If you should receive a damaged item, please do contact us at Du Bois Antiques in order to file an insurance claim within three days of receiving your shipment. Please ensure that you keep the original items and all packaging material. We will require photographs of the damaged item (s) in order to file a claim. Please ensure that you do not ship the item (s) back without contacting us, as this may void shipping insurance.

A5: All items for viewing are situated in our modern and secure home. Or visit us at the Antiques & Collectible fairs in Auckland.

A6: Yes, we will do our utmost to secure what you are looking for from our contacts overseas.
